The counsellors at Auckland Sexual Abuse HELP are available for

  • 24 Hour telephone crisis and rape call out service
    This service is for those who have reported a sexual assault to the police and who are going through police procedures such as interviews and forensic medical examinations. Our counsellors are called out by the police in the North Shore, Waitakere and Auckland areas and are available for this service 24 hours every day of the year.

  • a 24 hour phone counselling, advocacy and information service
    This service if for survivors needing support dealing with the effects of recent or historical sexual violence. This can be anything from coping with flashbacks to needing advice or information. It is a 24 hour 365 day service. Please call 623 1700 if you need to talk to the duty counsellor, or for more information.

  • As part of our crisis counselling service we offer crisis in person counselling appointments. For more information call (09) 623 1700.

  • We also offer a court support service for those going through legal procedures. Please call the duty cousellor on (09) 623 1700 if you would like to make use of this service, or for more information.
